Product Description

The SUNSHINE LS3 Plus is a professional, high-performance LCD screen separation station designed for technicians working with large devices such as tablets and laptops. With a large working surface of 380 x 250 mm, it safely handles screens up to 17 inches, covering all popular tablets including iPads and most laptops on the market.

Equipped with a powerful dual vacuum pump system, the device securely holds the screen on the heated table, providing ideal conditions for precise insertion of separation wire or opening tools. The intelligent heating system, featuring a U-shaped heating element, ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface, minimizing the risk of hot spots that could damage the LCD panel.

The LS3 Plus model includes an intuitive digital control panel with an LCD display, allowing precise temperature adjustment accurate to one degree Celsius. It features a memory function that automatically restores the last used temperature upon power-up, improving efficiency and saving time.

Workshop Tips

Recommended temperature for tablet screen separation is 75–85°C.
Due to the large surface area, allow the device to heat for 3–5 minutes to evenly penetrate the adhesive around the edges.
For heavily damaged screens, use heat-resistant tape to enable effective vacuum suction.
Regularly clean the silicone mat with isopropyl alcohol to prevent glass debris from clogging suction holes and reducing holding power.
