NC-321-ASM No-Clean Soldering Flux

The NC-321-ASM flux comes in a gel form, allowing for precise and easy application. It is ideal for reballing and soldering BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP, SMD components, as well as other discrete elements and connectors.

It is suitable for both medium-melting leaded solders and low-melting lead-free solders.
