FLUX-FLUX RMA-223-UV 10gDESIGNED FOR SMD AND BGA SOLDERINGFlux RMA-223-UV is used, m.in for BGA and SMD systems.Flux paste is easy to apply and wash off.It does not leave carbon deposits and impurities.

Flux with the addition of a UV component that allows to detect errors when applying the paste by screen printing.

To clean the residues, you can use liquids such as isopropanol and dedicated liquids such as KT-5 and KT-6 .
