The service LCD separator is designed to separate window / touch screens from the LCD display in mobile devices, ie phones, smartphones, tablets.

The heater heats the screen and display connected with UV OCA / LOCA glue (in practice, the temperature is 80-100C) and then with the help of a very thin molybdenum wire (also available from us), the glued elements are cut together. In the next step, a new touch screen (digitizer) is glued to the efficient LCD display using LOCA UV glue.

The LCD heater is a very accurate device that maintains the temperature at exactly the set value. It uses a precise PID temperature controller. The upper heating part is made of thick and precisely made aluminum plate. Thanks to this, the temperature is spread evenly on its surface. After heating the LOCA glue to a temperature of about 80-100C, its structure is softened. At this point, you can separate the touch screen from the display using a molybdenum wire.
