Flux Alpha RMA7 10ml

RMA 7 is a thickened rosin flux of RMA grade (ROL0 classification according to IPC J-STD-004). It is used for charging and desoldering integrated circuits during repairs, e.g. GSM phones. RMA7 can be applied through a sieve, template or from a syringe (dispenser) to places requiring repairs, e.g. opening short circuits with a soldering iron. The printed 100μm thick layers of flux remain sticky for 72 hours. The activators contained in the RMA 7 flux enable good solderability on the following surfaces: Ag, Au, Cu, Zn, SnPb, SnAgCu, etc.
