MECHANIC MCN-DJ002 electrically conductive adhesive 0.2ml after evaporation of the solvent provides 100% electrical conductivity at the connection point. The adhesive has the consistency of a thin paste which, after evaporation of the solvent (thermoplastic resin), dries into a solid form. Full electrical conduction takes place in the solid phase.

Drying time:

At room temperature, 2-3 hours depending on the layer thickness and temperature.

After heating the adhesive with hot air (eg a dryer), the pre-drying time is shortened:

- at 60 ° C - 20min

- at 90 ° C - 15min

- at 120 ° C - 5min

- at 135 ° C - 4min

- at 145 ° C - 2min

Complete drying and curing 12-24 hours at room temperature or 145 ° C for 2 minutes
