The service vacuum heater is designed to separate window / touch screens from the LCD display in mobile devices, ie phones, smartphones, tablets.

The heater heats the screen and display connected with UV OCA / LOCA glue (in practice, the temperature is 80-100C) and then with the help of a very thin molybdenum wire (also available from us), the glued elements are cut together. In the next step, a new touch screen (digitizer) is glued to the efficient LCD display using LOCA UV glue.

The LCD heater is a very accurate device that maintains the temperature at exactly the set value. It uses a precise PID temperature controller. The upper heating part is made of thick and precisely made aluminum plate. Thanks to this, the temperature is spread evenly on its surface. After heating the LOCA glue to a temperature of about 80-100C, its structure is softened. At this point, you can separate the touch screen from the display using a molybdenum wire.

What distinguishes this model of heaters is the lack of classic pressure for vacuum that effectively tightens the screen together with the silicone pad for the heater. This solution allows you to separate even thinner pre-glued layers of LCD screens. The silicone cap seals the space between the heating plate and the broken LCD screen. Built-in, very efficient vacuum pump effectively tightens every broken screen without the possibility of displacement during the separation process.

The heater supports all flat displays up to 14 "inclusive.
